As a result of global warming, the average surface temperature of Earth is increasing and the sea ice (in the polar regions) is melting, which in turn is effecting the oceans, animals, plants and ecosystems, agriculture, etc.

The Earth's temperature has increased by 1.4 degrees Fahrenheit over a century and is causing the ice to melt in the polar regions. This melting of ice is causing the sea levels to rise which means more heat is absorbed by the water, thus increasing the temperature of the oceans.

These changes in the temperature are making it difficult for many species to survive and some of the animals and plants have already started moving to higher altitudes as a result of this.

The animals who live in that area will become endangered because their habitat is being heated and they are made for cold only
