    I had to look for the options and here is my answer:

    The lipids that could be classified as a precursor for both testosterone and Vitamin D is cholesterol. It has been studied that Vitamin D can have a direct effect on the levels of cholesterol in the body especially for women who are obese and postmenopausal.
