    b. Liquids from sediments.

    c. Liquids of different densities

    Explanation:

Decantation is a separation method in which a liquid layer of a mixture is separated. it is also used to separate two immiscible liquids. The upper layer is poured into another container during the separation process.

When there is a mix of a liquid and sediments, decantation can be used to obtain the decant. In addition if two liquids of different densities form a mixture, after some time the liquids separate and form a partition between them. The less dense liquid floats and could be decanted to separate it from the other liquid.
