The right answer is the Schwann's sheath (or the myelin sheath).

The Schwann sheath is a sheath made up of Schwann cells, which surrounds the axons of the peripheral nerves.

Discovered by the German physiologist Theodor Schwann who gave them his name, Schwann cells, or neurolemmocytes, are peripheral glial cells. With oligodendrocytes, they make myelin sheaths around the axons of neurons, protecting them and increasing the speed of nerve impulses.
