Gravity is the force by which a planet or other body draws objects toward its center. The force of gravity keeps all of the planets in orbit around the sun. What does the force of gravity depend on?

    In depends on two things:

    1. The masses of the objects

    2. The distance of the objects between them

    Observations.

    The greater the distance, the smaller the force of gravity. The smaller the distance, the greater the force of gravity. The greater the masses of the objects, the greater the force of gravity. The smaller the masses the smaller the force of gravity.
