    Alarm

    Explanation:

The physiological process through which the body undergoes when it experiences stress has been described by Seyle's like a three-stage process and this is known as general adaptation syndrome (GAS). In GAS there are three stages: alarm, resistance, and exhaustion. The alarm reaction stage is the one that comprises of the initial changes in the body as soon as it faces stress. This mainly consists of fo the fight-flight response wherein there is a release of adrenaline in the body after that leads to a rapid increase in the heart rate. In the given case Anders after coming under stress is experiencing the same symptoms as described for phase 1 that is an alarm reaction as his heart rate has increased and he is feeling faint.
