    If the nurse found cephalohematoma. This is commonly a sign of Edema which results from bleeding below the periosteum of the cranium. Cephalohematoma is basically similar to a lumpy bruise that is under the skin but above the skull on an infants head. It doesn't pose any danger to the brain, it is simply blood that has pooled from damaged blood vessels in the head.
