The pulmonary arteries and vein carry deoxygenated blood from the heart to the lungs and oxygenated blood from the lungs to the heart respectively. Using the choices from the question these vessels carry the least blood. The systemic arteries deliver blood to the arterioles and then capillaries. The systemic veins on the other hand drain the tissues of the body and deliver deoxygenated blood to the heart. This makes them hold the largest amount of blood making the answer to be d.
