    Explanation:

    Alcoholic fermentation is an important example of anaerobic respiration. During alcoholic fermentation the end product of glycolysis called pyruvate undergo decarboxylation to form acetaldehyde and carbon dioxide.

    The so formed Acetaldehyde is reduced to form ethanol by the catalytic activity of pf alcohol dehydrogenase enzyme which requires NAD + as a co enzyme.
