The child should be always wear street clothes during the daytime. Setting should be limited is necessary with all children. There is no reason to separate children who are immobilized unless there are other medical issues that is concerned. It is important for children to have activities outside of the room if possible. This increases environmental stimuli and provides social contact with others. or take child for a "walk" by wagon outside the room.
