The communicable diseases are all the diseases that are caused by the various infectious agents. Example, Hepatitis A, B and C. These diseases spread by touch, air, water, and body fluid discharges. The use of toilet seats by an individual infected with a communicable disease can become a reason for the spread of disease amongst the healthy people who use it later. The body fluids of the infected individual can contaminate the toilet seat cover, which if not washed can spread the germs to the health users of the toilet. Thus, cleaning of the toilet seat and seat cover is a must practise to avoid getting an infectious disease.
