    Explanation:

    Aldehydes does not caused denaturation of protein in the microorganisms. As, denaturation of protein occurred due to the bonding interaction managed both the structures, that is secondary and tertiary structures which are disrupted.

    Basically, the denaturation of proteins are caused by the change occur in the PH level can affect the residue of amino acid, which lead to denaturation. And the hydrogen bonding also involved in this process. Therefore, boiling water, iodine and UV radiation are responsible for denaturation of proteins but aldehydes does not.
