    Winslow

    Explanation:

Frederick Winslow Taylor said that any new improvement idea proposed by a workman, should be cientifically analized and considered. If it becomes superior to current method, must be adopted by the company as the new applicable standard.

This is the core of "Scientific Management" (1911) proposed by Winslow.

In the other hand, peculiarly, "inviting workers" action, as itself, could be considered an application of Marslow principles:

This move would pursue the three top levels of his pyramid:

Belonging: they are part of the whole

Self-esteem: employees will feel they are respected - and needed - by the organization

Self-actualization: workers will be able to develop their capabilities. So, applying those to the job, will make them know that goals proposed can be achieved
