    2 per hour

    Explanation:

    Given : No of customers = 30

    1/3rd leave seeing long queue

    Number of customers going to line irrespective of waiting time for service

    = 2/3rd =

    2/3*30 = 20 customers

    As Average number of people on line are 10 always, The turnover ratio will be same as number of customer going to line for service.

    R = 30*2/3 = 20 I = 10 Turns = R/I = 2 Correct answer: 2 per hour
