    I think this is very subjective what you want to do when you receive a telephone solicitation. Some people will want to continue talking and maybe even donate. Personally, I'd end the conversation quickly, without making a commitment. You should definitely not give your personal information freely because who knows if they will take advantage of it. You donation goes the same with or without a telephone solicitation. I'm not sure about D.
