    The project life-cycle has different phases from starting to end. In the project various people from different areas can include and work together. It starts from time to time completed or sometimes will extend the situations unless it fail. Majorly in the project different phases have pre-feasibility also called conceptualization phase, feasibility or planning phase, development phase, implementation phase, launch phase, and post implementation phase.

The lesser steps the EPM contains the easier it will be handled by higher executives of the organizations who not necessarily have special training in computer science.
