If a company created a product marketing campaign which exaggerated the actual benefits and features of a product and misrepresented the quality of the item, what could be the market's reaction?

    Answer: Loss of customers

    Explanation: First of all, this would be an unethical thing to do, because the product will never meet the standard which it has been advertised to be.

    This would therefore lead to a loss of customers due to the fact that their trust has been violated. They will also definitely feel cheated and exploited.

    In the end, the loss of customers will lead to loss of profit for the company.
