Storming

In all stages of development, storming stage is the most tedious stage to pass through as it is a period characterised by conflict and competition when different individual personalities become apparent.

At this stage, members of the team all agree and accept to be a part of a project group but hold our against the restrictions layed out on their individual personalities.

Members of the group will always disagree over who makes decisions and how they are made.

The group won't be able to proceed to the next development stage unless these conflicts and disagreements are resolved and the project manager's leadership becomes accepted.
