    positon power is considered to be low when "a. the leader must get job assignments approved by someone else". I choose this to be the answer because, if we have work assigned from some other person, we have to work to satisfy them, to get his approval. at that time our position power will be considered low. for example, team leader had this feel when he/she stands before the project leader.
