Whistle-blowing is NOT an act of disloyalty.

    Explanation:

In the study on employee loyalty, Duska at first brings into question the concept of Loyalty to a firm. Can that loyalty come at the price of loyalty to the people and society. It must not it is concluded.

So, whistle blowing when the company is doing something that is morally reprehensible is not a bad thing by any means.

While that is granted, it is also to be noted that the boundaries such as these are defined by personal consciousness and then judged by the public conscious.
