    Explanation:

    Stability of carbocation -

    Carbocation, is an electron deficient species, with 6 electrons,

    being an electron deficient species, the carbocation can be stabilized by any group, which gives electron to the carbocation.

    hence,

    comparing the case of of a 3° carbocation and a 2° carbocation.

    The 3° carbocation, is more stable, due to the presence of three alkyl groups, which donates the electron density to the electron deficient site of the carbocation, hence, is stable,

    but in case of 2° carbocation, there are only two electron donating, alkyl groups, hence, comparing 3° and 2° carbocation, 3° is more stable.

    and,

    In case of 1° carbocation, there is only one electron donating, alkyl groups, hence, it is least stable.

    Therefore,

    The order of the stability of the carbocation is -

    3° carbocation > 2° carbocation > 1° carbocation
