    0.26mole

    Explanation:

    n=CV

    where,

    n=?

    C=500cm^³=0.5dm^³

    v = 0.5

    n=CV

    n=0.5*0.5

    n=0.25mole.

    0.25m

    Explanation:

    0.5 = 1000

    Xmole = 500

    therefore X = 0.5 x 500/1000

    = 0.25m
