    2.112 qt of Gasoline in US

    1.538 qt of Gasoline in Britain

    Solution:

    Quarts is a liquid capacity which is equal to 0.94 L in US and 1.3 L in Britain.

    Now converting 2 L of Gasoline.

    In US;

    1 L of Gasoline = 1.056 qt of Gasoline

    So,

    2 L of Gasoline = X qt of Gasoline

    Solving for X,

    X = (2 L * 1.056 qt) : 1 L

    X = 2.112 qt of Gasoline

    In Britain;

    1 L of Gasoline = 0.769 qt of Gasoline

    So,

    2 L of Gasoline = X qt of Gasoline

    Solving for X,

    X = (2 L * 0.769 qt) : 1 L

    X = 1.538 qt of Gasoline
