    Explanation:

    If molecule is symmetrical it can contain polar bond, but sum of all polar moments are equal to zero, and therefore molecule is non-polar.

    Hydrogen atom is usually very easy to "polarize", respectively to drag electron pair from it. Because of that lots of molecules that contain hydrogen atoms are polar. Of course greater role in polarity is symmetry of molecules.
