    D=mass/volume

    1st sample: D=41.40g/4.5mL

    D=9.2 g/mL

    2nd sample: D=37.22g/4.3mL

    D=8.66 g/mL

    3rd sample: D=43.46g/4.8mL

    D=9.05 g/mL

    Average Density: 9.2+8.66+9.05=26.91

    Answer: 26.91/3=8.97 g/mL
