Unlike other noble gases, which are highly nonreactive, Kr and Xe have non-zero values of Electronegativity (3.00 and 2.60, respectively) because they do form compounds: indeed, the electronegativity is a fundamental property of atoms that defines how strong their pull on shared electrons is.
