Did the rolaids solution function as a good buffer? justify your results.

Actually now a days rolaid solutions are not used as buffer. They were acting as antacids. But now they are not used frequently in order to act as a good antacid it has to maintain a proper pH but it cannot maintain that pH required to neutralise the excess acid in stomach
