    The idal gas law is PV = nRT, where P is pressure, V is volume, n is number of moles, R is the Univervsal gas constant and T is the absolute temperature.

    So, the relation is PV = n RT.

    This is a model that let you calculate one of the variables when you know the other three ans is valid under certain conditions which are the conditions for ideal gas: normally low pressures and high temperatures.
