    Option C is Correct

    Explanation:

they provide a qualitative description of a reaction but not a quantitative one.

This is why we write chemical equation not word equations.

The chemical equation is more important than word equation because the word equation only define products or reactants but the chemical equation says how much of each element present in the chemicals.

So for qualitative analysis we consider chemical or formula equation not consider word equation.
