The correct answer is A aerobic respiration.

    Explanation:

Aerobic respiration is an important type of respiration process that occur in presence of oxygen. Aerobic respiration consist of 3 principle steps

1 Glycolysis it deals with the catabolism of glucose to form pyruvate in 10 enzyme catalyzed steps along with the generation of NADP and ATP.

2 TCA cycle it is a cyclic process starts from Acetyl CoA and proceed to oxaloacetate in a cyclic manner. TCA cycle deals with the generation of GTP, NADH and FADH2.

3 Oxidative phosphorylation it is the last step of aerobic respiration in which the reducing equivalent such as NADH, FADH2 undergo oxidation by donating electron and the electron is accepted by terminal electron acceptor known as oxygen. As a result oxygen get reduced to water along with the formation of ATP by the phosphorylation of ADP.

Aerobic respiration is more efficient because during aerobic respiration 38 molecules of ATP are formed.
