    Water is composed of Hydrogen and oxygen and it considered a polar molecule because it has a bent shape which allows the more electronegative element oxygen to attract more electrons to itself, thereby causing an unequal distribution of the electrons that made up the covalent bond hence a partial positive and partial negative pole arise
