A student is conducting a lab that requires 2 M HCl. In the chemical closet, there is 150 mL of 8 M HCl. How much water must be added to stock solution to get the desired molarity for the lab? A) 150 mL B) 450 mL C) 600 mL D) 1200 mL

    Answer: I think its B-450 ml

    Explanation: you have 8 and need 2 so thats 2 over 8 or 1 over 4, we have 150 ml of 8 so doing a fraction version with ml should work 150 over 450 simplified is 1 over 4 thus theres the answer
