Physical properties are concerned with physical changes while chemical properties are concerned with chemical changes

    Explanation:

The properties of a particular substance could either be physical or chemical. To differentiate these adequately, we have to look at it from the angle of physical and chemical changes.

While physical properties are associated with physical changes, chemical properties are basically concerned with chemical changes. A physical change is reversible while a chemical change is not.

Thus, it is safe to say that while physical properties are concerned with physical changes, chemical properties are concerned with chemical changes.
