A liquid has a mass of 54.5g and a volume of 50.0 mL. calculate the specific gravity. How would I work this out

    Explanation:

    Specific Gravity = mass / volume

    = 54.5 / 50.0

    = 1.09 g/mL.

    Another name for it is Density.
