If the moon's rotation sped up, but its revolution stayed the same, would that have an effect on

eclipses? explain

    I'd say NO

    There would be no effect on eclipses. The only effect would be that we could see more of the moon’s surface area and this would in turn violate the conservation of momentum. However, if the revolution increased or sped up, then would experience more eclipses.
