    Answer to the following statement is "FALSE".

    Explanation:

    As we can often re-download files from the program, we must be included in backups.

    It's very essential to do regular backups to minimize data loss. Technology can be reinstalled but may destroy the data permanently. Backup is a substitute copy of a file, software, directory or disk used for injury, degradation or loss of the original.

    Sometimes, when we re-download file we have take risk to lost old files so we must take backup during re-download.
