You own a small computer repair company and a customer comes to you with a laptop that will not boot. After investigating, you discover the hard drive has crashed. What should you do first?

    Explanation:

    Yo should call the client and try to explain in easy word what happened to the laptop, the possible causes and give instruction on how to care the disk (avoid heavy hits and be carefull about the power supply).

    Then offer him the repair options, and let him to decide. Could be an option to charge separetly your service, and the disk cost.
