Ashley was preparing her speech about the 16-year cicada. When she finished her initial research, she listed the ideas she discovered, eliminated the ideas she felt that her audience would already be familiar with, and then combined the ideas she thought overlapped with each other. Finally, she decided that a couple of the ideas she listed were too complex to be explained in her 6-minute speech, so she eliminated those. When she was done, she was left with what?
