Which sentence uses commas correctly?

A.

In several cafés in the city you can wirelessly connect to the Internet for free.

B.

At the center of the town, bands play in the new pavilion.

C.

Wow that's a big house you live in.

D.

No I didn't go to that play, last month.

    The answer is B because it has a comma after 'town' and then you pause and say the rest of the sentence. It's the only one that makes sense to be the answer.
