I would say it's B. because for A it say "The pogo stick quickly became wildly popular in the United States." in the paragraph it doesn't say that. and for C it also doesn't say that it's never stopped being made. for D that's not even mentioned in the paragraph ... not even something similar towards that. so i would say B.
