Eggs change when you heat them in a pan on the stove. Is this a chemical change or a physical change? How can you tell?

    It is a physical change because if it was a chemic reaction you would see:

    Colour change, Gas, New substance being formed and basically if it was to be a chemical reaction you would have to mix two substances together for example Iron (Fe) and Sulphur (S) which would then become Iron Sulfide (or something like that)

    Chemical because you cannot reverse cooking the egg. physical changes are reversible.
