Racism can affect your mental health, by creating negative thoughts about another's race. Your mental health can eventually affect your actual health by slowly making your immune system weaker which makes you more prone to getting sick. Therefore, racism can affect your health.

    Yes; mental health.

    Explanation:

Racism can indeed affect mental health. People treating someone unequally merely because of their colour, gender, ethnicity can leave a harmful mark on your brain. You start to doubt your very existence, start underestimating your strengths, and you feel as if the world doesn't care. This, in more extreme forms, can also lead to eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia. And there have been many cases of deaths because of racial discrimination. However, this can be prevented by self-awareness and active participation to put down racism.
