What penalties do you think there should be for hooliganism at sporting events?

I think the kids should have to sit out of the fun and watch others play, if they are acting out.

This causes them to sit and think about what put them in that situation, and gives them a reason to not want to make that same mistake again.

However, we cant expect children to be mature. They are still kids and their brains are still growing to a higher capacity.
