Cotton candy. cotton candy is basically cotton with added color and lots of sugar it can cause many health problems.

I believe cotton candy is the one that doesn't matter the most because it doesn't benefit you in anyway. It is unhealthy. I chose this answer because music benefits your brain, milk is healthy, and air is a necessity.
