To be social, you have to find someone that is lonely or someone that is just full of boredom. Once you have found someone who wants to talk, start a conversation with that person. Find a topic you and that person are both interested in to talk about. Next, just talk about the topic make sure that the person that your talking to does not get bored. That is how you can be social.
