    The conditions required: in areas where large scale mountain-building process take place, and the rock undergo very high pressure.

    we call the rock to be foliated metamorphic rock, and the metamorphism is called dynamic or regional metamorphism

    example of these rocks: Granite will turn into gneiss under dynamic metamorphism and minerals will be aligned
