    Australian observers will see a first quarter of moon on the same day.

    Explanation:

    This difference arises due to the fact the moon tends to be seen in complete reversal i. e upside downwards. The moon is in the same plane as that of the earth's equator. Moon tends to be flipped in the southern hemisphere and opposite in the northern hemisphere. Clockwise In the northern hemisphere, the moon in the southeast, the moon is from left to right. In the southern hemisphere, it's anticlockwise, east on right and west on left. Thus the face of the moon will be right to left. Also, there is a time gap between both the northern and southern countries.
