The Ganges River is running through the northern and northeastern parts of India, continuing in Bangladesh and ending its flow at the Bay of Bengal.

    Explanation:

The Ganges River (Ganga) is one of the largest and most important rivers in India and South Asia as a whole. This river starts its flow very high in the western part of the Himalayas. Initially it moves toward southwest as it enters the northern part of India, then it makes a sharp turn toward southeast as it continues through northern India, flowing parallel with the river Yamuna with which it merges and they continue as one river.

After that the Ganges River makes a turn toward east and runs through the northeastern part of India. Later it makes a turn toward southeast as it enters Bangladesh and maintains the same direction until it ends its flow into the Bay of Bengal.
