Restorative Justice is an approach that suggests that a criminal should have a meeting with the victim

    Explanation:

By listening to the stories of his wrongdoings and what harm the offender has caused to the victim, the society can be transformed

It is another approach that can bring revolution in the communities

The author uses the example of the Rwandan Genocide where almost 800,000 killed

    The author have two approaches:

1 - to set up a meeting of Hutu ethnic (offender) and Tutsi minority (minority)

2 - Both parties should have talked before this genocide happened
