How did the famine and the plague affect the population of Europe in the 1300s? They killed millions and led people to move to cites. They killed millions and led people to return to manors. They forced millions to leave Europe and move to Asia. They forced millions to give up their jobs and leave Europe.

    They killed millions and led people to move cities.

    Many people were moved off of their land or were experiencing terrible agricultural disasters, due to changing weather and climate and were unable to grow any produce or plants, forcing them to move to urban centers where they would be able to make money to feed themselves.
